gimp full face make up tutorial

What hypercam do you use? I would like ot know where to download it.
@RowanRoxUrSox I don’t use hypercam I use camtasia its a program you have to buy
ok, so i closed my layer dialog box but was able to recover it but the default settings were gone. my layer dialog does not look like yours. So when i did click on the new layer to paint the eyes or whatever, it will not show. but when i select the layer with the picture and draw it does show but then the overlay doens’t work.
Do you have any idea what i am talking about and how i can change this?
@xyz6034 you are probably painting on the image your self, make sure you have the new layer selected then start painting.
this pink doesn’t suits her really good.

i dont understand when i pick new layer i cant do anything else with it. i can do everything with gimp up untill the point when it tells me to click on new layer and overlay the color. can change eye colors add makeup or anything because i dont have the thing for the new layer even when i do it. hope that amkes seince and you can help me…
